Customer service representatives are available to serve you Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. - 6:15 P.M., Saturday 9:00 A.M. - 2 P.M., Eastern Time. Any phone calls after business hours will be transferred to our voice mail system. Our showroom is available by appointment to enable us to personally assist our local customers.
Placing an Order and Payment
Please phone us to place your order. We recommend that you place your order three to six months prior to your event date to ensure availability. However, please do not hesitate to call us with less lead-time and we will make every effort to accommodate your order.
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve chair covers and linens for your event. The $100.00 deposit is applied to the rental cost of your order. Payment in full and final counts are due no later than two weeks prior to delivery to ensure timely shipment of your order. The deposit and final payment may be paid with a major credit card or you may send us a check or money order if paid three weeks prior to event. Sales tax is charged only in states where we have an office. A valid credit card is required for security deposit.
Cancellations and Changes
Please be aware that once we reserve an order, other orders may be turned away to honor our commitment to you. In the event you need to cancel an order, your deposit of $100.00 will be forfeited. If cancellation is necessary 35 days or less prior to your event date, a restocking fee of 25% of your total order will also be charged. Any additions of items made less than two weeks prior to your event are subject to an additional 25% fee on the charges for those items.
Swatches and Samples
Swatches of our fabrics in the color family you are interested in are available upon request at no charge and are yours to keep. You can request a full sized sample chair cover and sash for a nominal fee. All samples are rental items and must be returned to us. Please try the chair cover and sash on one of the actual chairs you will be using for your event. If there are any problems with fit, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information: 1. Whether the chair is a folding or banquet style chair. 2. Measurement from the top of the back of the chair to the floor. 3. Measurement of the width of chair back at the widest point. Our standard size chair cover fits most banquet-style chairs. We also have large, extra-large, square back, and folding chair cover sizes that will accommodate most any other chair. Shipping
We ship chair covers and linens anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping fees are in addition to rental fees and are added to your order. Shipping costs are assessed by weight. Most customers have their orders shipped directly to the banquet hall or facility where the event will take place. Many customers also make arrangements with the banquet hall or facility to have the linens installed before the event and removed after the event. Your order will arrive at least one to two days prior to your event date. All chair covers and linens are cleaned and pressed prior to shipping and are packed tightly to avoid wrinkles. Orders are tracked to verify there are no complications with the shipment after it has left our warehouse. Every effort is made to fill your order accurately. However, you are responsible for counting your order upon receipt and notifying us within 24 hours of any discrepancies. If you are calling after hours please leave a voicemail message.

Return of Rental Items
Federal Express return shipping labels will be found in a shipping pouch on the outside of your rental box. Affix the return labels to the return shipping bags included with your order and call 1-800-Go-FedEx, prior to your event to schedule a return pick up. Have your labels available when scheduling your pick up. After your event, package you rental items in the return shipping bags. While there is no need to fold or launder items after your event, all items must be dry and free of food or debris, prior to packaging. Any linen packaged damp is subject to mildew, which could incur replacement fees. Please note that if you make arrangements with your banquet hall or facility to package your order, you are still responsible for late return charges if it is not ready for pickup on the business day following your event. FedEx cannot pick up your boxes without return labels. If you have misplaced your return labels please call our 1-800-260-1030 immediately to have other return arrangements made.
Late Return Fees
All orders must be returned in a timely manner. We create our schedule based on return shipments being picked-up on the next business day following each event. We need enough time for your order to return to us, be laundered, and sent out to the next renter. Therefore, we must impose late return fees of 10% per day.
Lost / Damaged Linen
All linen and chair covers must be returned in the same quantity and condition that you receive them in (i.e., no tears, rips, holes or wax stains). Full replacement cost will apply to any item that is rendered unusable or missing upon return of your order. Loss or damage replacement cost on chair covers, sashes, and skirting is five times the rental price. Loss or damage replacement cost on all other items is two and one half times the rental cost.
